Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the RapidSync platform — the Extranet admin application, the Booking Engine, and the underlying channel manager services (together, the "Service") — by hotels, hotel staff, and their guests.
The Service
RapidSync is a technology platform that helps hotels manage room inventory and rates, synchronise availability with connected OTA channels, and offer a direct booking experience to guests. RapidSync is a technology provider to the hotel — the hotel remains responsible for its own room inventory, pricing decisions, guest service, and cancellation/refund policies as configured within the platform.
Accounts
Staff and admin accounts are provisioned by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@rapidsync.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
Bookings and payments
When a guest books through a hotel's Booking Engine, the reservation is made directly with that hotel; RapidSync facilitates the booking and payment flow. Guest payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay, under the payment terms presented at checkout. Cancellation and refund handling follow the policy configured by the hotel for the applicable rate plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access another hotel's data, disrupting the platform's availability, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and OTA channel outages outside our control may affect sync and booking behaviour from time to time.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, RapidSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
